*Homecoming Dinner Tickets are now on sale for $7.  See any Senior for a ticket. October 13th is the date for Homecoming.  Homecoming Dinner will be served Friday night before the game in the GHS Lunchroom starting at 4:30.  We will also be presenting our homecoming court on Friday at the pep rally.  

*We will be administering the PSAT to interested students in grades 9-11 on Wednesday, October 11th.

* Congratulations Karen Cothran for being selected as the 2017-18 Glencoe High School Teacher of the Year. 
*Congratulations to Elaine Clark for being selected for the 2017-18 Support Person of the Year. 

*Congratulations to the GHS Band- They finished out their competition season this year will several awards!  Best in Class, Superior ratings in several categories, and other awards.  WAY TO GO GHS BAND!!!!

*Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT)We are please to announce that the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) has allocated funds for the administration of the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) to Grade 11 public high school students.  If you are interested in y our 11th grade student taking the exam please email Mrs. Howard: by September 1st.

* Graduated Seniors may pick up yearbooks during 7th period beginning Wednesday, August 16.  10th-12th grade students may pick up yearbooks in Mrs. Casey's room during Jacket period.
