Seniors who are on track to graduate and in good standing as of the third nine weeks
reporting period will be considered "as meeting the graduation requirements" for the
State of Alabama. We will need textbooks, lunchroom fees, and any other items you
owe to the school returned in order to be in "Good Standing".

Schools will be in touch with seniors who have not met the requirements to graduate.
Please contact your local school administrator if you have any questions.

We will continue to offer enrichment instruction to seniors who have met the
requirements in order to continue to prepare them for college and career readiness.

Our teachers have been calling trying to check on you. They are emailing.
They are sending out reminds. They are sending out notifications through
Google Classroom. Please check your ecboe student email account to help
this process along. We want to know how you are and how we can help. If
you need your student gmail password reset or login information please
email: jamie_barkley@ecboe.org or allison_brown @ecboe.org

Seniors don't forget to check in with Balfour for your graduation supplies.

A Message from Mrs. Tinker....
I am heartbroken to announce the end of the 2019-2020 school year as we know it. Governor Ivey has announced that our schools will not re-open as planned.  Instead, we will move to a non-traditional model of learning. Please stay connected with your teachers and what they are offering through Remind, Google Classroom, Facebook, Zoom, and other resources utilized by your teachers.

To our Seniors, we will figure this out. It will take time, but trust that we will figure out how to make this special for you.

To our Athletes and Coaches, your seasons were cut short. I am very sad this has happened.  I ask you to remember the lessons you have learned on the field and the memories you have made. Those memories will last a lifetime.

Everyone please stay healthy, wash your hands, take the advice of our President and practice social distancing.

Mrs. Tinker

Our school counselors have posted a need on our Neighborhood Bridges website to fill our food pantry. Please subscribe to neighborhoodbridges.org if you would like to help fill our pantry so that we can help send food home with students that are in need.  *********************************************************************************************************
