The JSU Writers' Bowl is a team competition for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The purpose of the competition is to promote excellence in and an enthusiasm for writing. The student teams will compete in the areas of poetry and prose. Each team will work together to produce a single submission following the same prompt as all other teams. The final written submission will be judged by members of the JSU faculty, and awards will be given on the day of the competition.
