IMPORTANT:  The FAFSA...and a chance to win some money! Check it out!

Most students need financial aid to help pay for college. By completing the FAFSA®, students might qualify for thousands of dollars in federal grants, work-study, low-cost loans, and state and college scholarships. There's no other way to gain access to this money.

Encourage your students to complete the FAFSA and earn a chance at a $1,000 scholarship.

Completing the FAFSA is an urgent and important step—not just for accessing financial aid, but for staying on track to enroll in college. Research shows that 90% of students who complete the FAFSA enroll immediately in college—versus only 55% of students who don't file.

Between October and February, the College Board will award $800,000 to seniors who complete the FAFSA.

Tell your students to visit getfafsahelp.org for instructions on how to sign up for Wyatt‚Ą†, a free FAFSA assistance chatbot that answers their questions by text. When students sign up for Wyatt and text their financial aid questions, Wyatt sends answers via text, a familiar medium that doesn't require internet access. Wyatt is available 24/7.
